Idera Pharmaceuticals Common Stock Begins Trading on NASDAQ Global Market Today

Cambridge, MA, December 10, 2007 – Idera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: IDRA) today announced that its common stock will commence trading on the NASDAQ Global Market effective with the opening of the market today under the new ticker symbol “IDRA”. Idera previously announced that it received approval from The NASDAQ Stock Market® for the listing of its common stock and that it intended to transfer its listing from the American Stock Exchange to the NASDAQ.
